The Clinton Essex Franklin Library System (CEFLS) based in Plattsburgh, NY, is seeking a full-time Librarian II. The three county library system, consisting of 30 libraries, 3 reading centers and a bookmobile, serves a population of approx. 160, 000 in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains region.
