Library Manager – Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (Colchester, VT)

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences invites applications for the position of Library Manager, located at the Colchester, VT campus. Reporting to the Director of Library Services in Albany, the Colchester Campus Library Manager oversees the operation of the facility and provides and facilitates library services to the Colchester Campus Community in support of the College and the Library Missions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manages the operation of the Information Commons facility ensuring that study spaces are available and timely services are provided to Colchester Campus Community
  • Supervises the staff of the Information Commons including work study students to ensure quality services are provided during all hours of operation
  • Responsible for providing ready-reference services to faculty, staff and students to support their resource and information needs
  • Coordinates Library Services assessment initiatives on Colchester Campus
  • Collaborates with Information Technology Services to provide trouble shooting support for library technologies
  • Manages Library Circulation and User Management Services including user record maintenance, overdue notice processing, billing and fine collection
  • Maintains the library print collection on the Colchester Campus, including shelving, stack maintenance and technical processing of print materials
