Pawlet Public Library, Pawlet, VT is actively seeking candidates for the
Librarian position due to the pending retirement of the present librarian.
This is a 30-hour week position. Responsibilities include, but not limited
to developing procedures for the smooth running of the library, collection
development, interlibrary loan, promoting and publicizing the library’s
services and resources, participating in monthly Board of Trustees meetings,
overseeing and scheduling programs and activities at the Library.

Candidates will be considered if willing to earn certification as a public
librarian in Vermont within five years. Working knowledge of computers
