Communities in the Cloud, the Commons, and the College – ACRL-NEC Virtual Conference 2013

The Association of College and Research Libraries New England Chapter invites you to attend its 2013 Annual Conference: Communities in the Cloud, the Commons, and the College. The Conference will once again be held at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, but if you cannot make it down, want to network with other Vermont librarians and like cost-effective professional development then…

Register now for the 4th Annual ACRL-NEC Vermont Virtual Conference on Friday, May 10th!

This year the Virtual Conference will be held at the Community College of Vermont in Montpelier, VT. In addition to watching the regional conference streamed live, you will have the chance to connect with other Vermont librarians. We will stream Lynn Sutton’s opening keynote and a total of six breakouts during three sessions (one in the morning and two in the afternoon). Check out the conference website for an idea of the day’s possible content.

Registration is open now! There are a variety of Registration Types, so please be sure to choose Vermont Virtual Conference. Registration is $15, which covers registration costs, a morning snack and coffee, as well as lunch. You can pay online via credit card or choose Other Payment Options before clicking Register to pay by check. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to select which Breakouts you would most like to see (note that Poster and Technology Sessions do not apply for the Virtual Conference). Registrant selections will be a factor in determining what is streamed.

Please contact me, Heidi Steiner, at hsteiner@norwich.edu with any questions. Looking forward to another great VT Virtual Conference!!
