Tenure-track position to begin July 2010
Mason Library of Keene State College is seeking an Information Literacy Librarian to provide leadership in the coordination, expansion, and promotion of the library’s existing information literacy instruction program. Under the administrative review of the Library Dean, this librarian has primary responsibility in collaborating with library faculty for designing library instruction curriculum to enhance lesson plans, design online learning materials, and analyze and present alternative models of information literacy instruction. This position serves as liaison to the Education Department.

The Green Mountain Library Consortium (GMLC) is seeking a Development Coordinator for a short-term stipended position.
The Development Coordinator is responsible for researching funding sources and grants that the GMLC could apply for to provide funding for digital content, staffing & benefits and technical support. Ideal grants would be multi-year in the realm of $200,000 – $250,000. These may include LSTA grants, funding from the stimulus package etc. In addition, the Development Coordinator will write at least one grant for $10,000 – $20,000 for digital content. Successful applicant will be independent, smart, highly self-motivated and forward thinking. Familiarity with library service philosophy, digital media and open source software a plus.
The GMLC is looking for someone who can get started immediately after the July 4 holiday and finish in August or early September. The stipend is $5,000. Applicant should email a letter of intent, resume, list of successful grants, and references to schase@stowelibrary.org by June 26; the GMLC Board of Directors will make a decision by July 2.
