Milton Elementary/Middle School, grades K-5, is seeking an eager Licensed Library Media Teacher to be part of school community where students, staff, and families work together to make a respectful, challenging, and well-rounded learning environment. Our teachers deliver high-quality instruction across the content areas and create a dynamic, supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, creative, student-centered and comfortable collaborating and working in a collegial environment. Experienced in or as a Technology Integration Specialist a plus.

Job Requirements

Do you have a valid Vermont educator license?, If not, please explain your current status in the process.

  • Must hold a valid Vermont Teacher’s License
  • If applying from out of state, must be eligible for Vermont Teacher’s Licensure
  • Must meet NCLB – Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) status
  • Application must have 3 letters of recommendation
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
