The Swanton Library is looking to hire a new director. Duties involve community engagement, program development, budget review and oversight, fundraising, and staff management. Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university – an ALA-accredited MLIS degree is preferred – with at least two years experience working in a library environment. This is a full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
