Youth Services Librarian – Bennington Free Library (Bennington, VT)

Bennington Free Library seeks a dynamic and creative individual for a part-time Youth Services Co-Librarian position. This job share role requires someone who is an enthusiastic innovator and capable of planning, developing and implementing programs and services for children, teens & their families. Ability to collaborate and coordinate with BFL staff including the present Youth Services Librarian is essential. Responsibilities include collection development, readers advisory, reports, programming, outreach, grant writing and advocacy. Effective communication skills and technology experience are expected. Library or education related bachelor’s degree and experience working with children and families required. 24+ hours per week.
